Prices in Indian rupees, charged monthly through Razorpay by card, UPI or net banking. One subscription covers every business you own. Every plan includes unlimited users and a free seat for your chartered accountant. Questions: info@upmarketindia.com.
Which plan
- Business Basic — A business not yet registered under GST: invoices, collections, books.
- Business Standard — One GSTIN, filed from the books every month or quarter.
- Business Plus — A group: up to three businesses and three GSTINs, the API, and every role.
- Enterprise — Everything, without limits: unlimited businesses and GSTINs, the API, every role, a dedicated contact.
How billing works
- One subscription is in the owner’s name and covers every business they own, up to the plan’s count; the GST registrations across those businesses count against the plan together.
- Upgrades apply at once, with Razorpay charging the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades apply when the paid month ends.
- Cancel any time; the books stay writable until the paid month ends, then read-only. Nothing is deleted, and everything can still be exported.
- If a monthly charge fails, Razorpay retries and the books stay writable for seven days of grace.
- Two costs are charged by third parties, not by us: a GST Suvidha Provider bills per API call for e-invoicing and filing, and WhatsApp (Meta) charges per conversation.
