VyaparSetu raises the tax invoice your customers already know — stamp, signature, bank details, a QR that pays — and emails it from your own Gmail. It gets GST and TDS right on every document, chases the money you’re owed on WhatsApp, keeps a double‑entry ledger underneath all of it, and hands your CA a frozen set of books to review, query and sign — inside the same system.
Every feature, Enterprise limits — unlimited, no card. Sign in with your mobile number and the trial starts; choose a plan only when it ends.

Built for traders, distributors, light manufacturing, workshops and small B2B supply chains — enough complexity to need a finance team, rarely large enough to have one.
You took on a business, and it came with a second job. The deadlines above arrive whether or not the person who understands them is free that week. And between them sits the part no return ever shows: money you have already earned and not yet been paid.
Reconciliation starts the week it is due, because that is when someone finally has time. Mismatches found then are mismatches you pay for — the credit is claimed late or not at all.
The Invoice Management System takes silence as agreement. An invoice you never looked at lands in your GSTR‑2B, and the first you hear of it is a notice.
The oldest thing in your receivables is old because chasing it is awkward, not because the customer refused. Nobody schedules the follow‑up, so it doesn’t happen.
Pay a registered MSME supplier late and the deduction moves to the year you actually pay. A cash‑flow decision quietly became a tax one.
A customer deducts 10% and pays the rest. If the invoice was booked at its face value, the receivable never closes, the ledger says they still owe you, and the credit in 26AS is never matched to anything.
Your CA receives a folder of PDFs and an export, and spends the fee rebuilding what happened before they can form a view on it. What they sign is what they managed to reconstruct.
Most software for this market is a ledger with a dashboard on top. It tells you what is wrong and leaves the work where it was — with you. VyaparSetu is built the other way round: the deterministic engine does the thing, and the screen is where you approve it.
Every figure is computed, never estimated. Money is held in integer paise, GST rates are resolved against the date on the document rather than today’s slab, and nothing is rounded until the law says to round it.
Add your GSTIN with the date it took effect and the authorised signatory, pick a GST Suvidha Provider, connect WhatsApp, a payment rail and your own Gmail. If the books already live in Zoho Books, connect it and everything comes across — contacts, items, invoices with their TDS, bills, the payments that settled them, journals, bank lines — then stays in step nightly; a Tally export or a spreadsheet register imports the same way. Sign-in is a mobile number and a six-digit code.
A new customer’s name, state and address are read from the GST register off their GSTIN; pick the TDS section if they deduct. The invoice comes out in the format Indian accounts teams expect — logo, GSTIN, HSN grid, total in words, your bank details, your stamp and signature, a QR that pays the balance — and Send emails it from your own Gmail with the PDF attached, so it is in your Sent folder and the customer sees a name they know. Purchase bills arrive by upload, by forward, or at a private address suppliers send to; an e-invoice QR is read straight off the paper, and nothing is entered twice.
Your purchase register is matched three ways against GSTR-2B and IMS, with an accept, reject or pending recommendation on each line and a reason for it. You approve; the return is prepared with every section filled — SEZ supplies in their rows, invoices before your registration date left out — then filed through the GSP with EVC. Afterwards, what the portal says you filed is read back and checked against what the books say you issued; if a GSTR-1 went out NIL by mistake, the planner names the later return that can still carry the invoices before 30 November, and what would otherwise be paid twice.
Receivables are aged the morning they fall due, not the week you look. The dunning ladder drafts each reminder and shows you the exact words before anything is sent — the queue was built by a machine at six in the morning, so a person sees it before a customer does.
Invite your chartered accountant by mobile number; they get a read-only seat in your books. When a quarter or a year is ready, one button posts what is unposted and freezes the P&L, balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger, cash flow, GST summary and ageing into a hashed pack. They review that, raise queries you answer, and propose adjustments that post only when you approve. The pack ends with their signed document and UDIN attached, and closing the period locks it. A CA with many clients works from one console across all of them.
Not a roadmap. Each of these is implemented and tested against the rules it encodes — and this list is the same one the search and answer engines are given, so what they say about VyaparSetu is what this page says.
Reconciliation that runs all month rather than on the 19th means a mismatch is found while the supplier can still fix it — and input tax credit is claimed rather than written off as the cost of being busy.
A reminder that goes out on the day it falls due, every time, without anybody feeling awkward about sending it. The ladder is consistent in a way a person under pressure cannot be.
Every IMS line has a recommendation and a recorded decision before GSTR-2B locks, so nothing enters your return because nobody opened it in time.
MSME suppliers are classified from their Udyam registration and the payable monitor names what has to be paid before the year ends to keep the deduction.
A double-entry ledger that balances, an immutable audit trail, and a frozen review pack whose hash is kept beside the signed document — so the fee buys judgement, and what was signed is provably what was reviewed.
Sent from your own Gmail, in the format every Indian accounts team files without a question, with a QR they can pay from their phone before the email is closed.
The receivable is the amount after deduction, the TDS sits on its own head, and GSTR-1 carries the full value — so a customer who paid 90% is paid, not overdue, and the 26AS credit has a figure to match.
Turnover from GST, inflow stability from the bank, DSO and filing regularity in one packet, instead of three weeks of assembling paperwork.
A chartered accountant is bought for judgement and a signature; VyaparSetu is bought for the month in between. Firms in this bracket want both — and the software gives the CA a seat in the books, so the fee stops paying for reconstruction.
| A CA working from your exports | A CA working inside VyaparSetu | |
|---|---|---|
| When the work happens | Around the filing dates, when your papers reach them | Continuously. The return is a by-product of books already correct on the 3rd |
| Reconciliation | Done once, on the data you sent, in the days before the due date | Runs against GSTR-2B as it changes, with a recommendation per invoice |
| Chasing your money | Not their job, and not what you are paying for | The dunning ladder, on WhatsApp, with the words shown to you first |
| Raising an invoice at 9pm | You write it, they see it next month | Raised on the phone, numbered, taxed, emailed from your Gmail, and in the ledger before you lock up |
| Year-end review | A folder of PDFs and a Tally export, rebuilt line by line | A frozen pack — P&L, balance sheet, TB, GL, GST, ageing — with queries and proposed adjustments in place |
| An adjustment they want made | An email you may or may not act on | Proposed as a balanced entry, posted the moment you approve, reason kept |
| Where your figures live | In their working file, and a copy of yours | In your own database, with an audit log you can read |
| If they are on leave | The 20th does not move | The clock is the software’s to watch |
| Judgement on a hard question | This is what they are genuinely worth paying for | Not attempted. It hands your CA correct books and gets out of the way |
| Signing your return | A professional who takes responsibility for it | You file it, with EVC, from data you approved |
| Signing your books | A PDF in an email, nobody sure which version | Attached to the pack with its UDIN; the hash proves what was reviewed is what was signed |
A CA is worth their fee on the questions that need judgement — a notice, a classification, a structuring decision, the opinion they sign. What they should not be spending your money on is retyping your sales register. Invite yours from Settings; the seat is read-only and free.

The full table, row by row → Charged monthly through Razorpay; upgrade at once, downgrade at the month’s end, cancel any time and keep reading and exporting your books.
Two costs are charged by third parties, not by us, and are shown separately rather than buried: your GST Suvidha Provider bills per API call, and WhatsApp charges per conversation. We would rather you saw those than paid a marked-up bundle.
That is enough to send a real invoice from your own inbox, reconcile a real period, and hand a real quarter to your accountant — and see what your books look like when they maintain themselves. We would rather show you that than describe it.
