Your CA, inside the books

Give your chartered accountant the books to review where they live, and get a signed set back.

Invite your CA

Invite a chartered accountant by mobile number into a read-only professional role; they see everything and change nothing, and an invite can never demote an existing member.

Books Ready for Review

One button posts what is unposted and freezes the period's Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, General Ledger, Cash Flow, GST summary and ageing into a pack with its hash — the CA reviews that, not a view that shifts under them.

Bank, filing and evidence status

The pack carries what the bank shows against the books, which returns are filed for the period, and how much of it is backed by a document.

Queries

The CA asks on a line; the business answers; the pack moves to Queries Pending and back when every query is resolved.

Proposed adjustments

The CA proposes balanced journal entries with a reason; the owner approves, and only then does an entry post. Nothing a reviewer does changes the books on its own.

Signed document and UDIN

The states run System Generated → CA Review → Queries Pending → Review Complete → Signed Document Attached; the signed set is uploaded with its UDIN and the reviewer, timestamps and hash are in the audit trail.

Period close

Closing a period locks its documents and payments; a signed pack's snapshot is frozen with it, and only an owner can reopen.

Practice console

A CA with several clients sees one worklist across all of them — returns due, reviews waiting, queries answered — and steps into any client's books from it.
